Graduating Students
The college Department has its Research2 requirement for all graduating students. This 2nd semester SY 2010-2011, 2 groups from Computer Science Department defend their research projects: Maylyn G. Desamparo and John Christian Ortiz - Development of an Online Registration System for the College Students of Colegio de Los Baños, Jeric Pamulaklakin and Val Evan Valenzuela - Development of an Interactive Map of Los Baños.
Camp Rock 2010-2011
Last March 11, 2011, friday, the Camp Rock Sy 2010-2011, a school activity for the college students was held at Mudspring. It was participated by students from different courses at different levels. The arrival time was 6:00 in the morning and we departed around 7: 00 am. A long walk was so tiring but it was so enjoyable! Picture taking was done from different satations, at around 10:00 all of us were stayed at Picnic area to had our early Lunch. Then, we continued to walking to arrived at the Mudspring. There were games prepared and were joined by the boys from CS, BSBA, EDUC and ECON.
At 2:00 in the afternoon, we decided to go home, but checking of attendance was required so students must come to the school to signed for it. It was the best school activity! ^_^
Foundation Day 2010-2011
This year the Foundation Day of CDLB celebrated on December 16-17, 2010. The celebration started with a mass at 8:00 in the morning that officiated by the schools spiritual and guidance counselor, Father Fred G, Mislang, SVD. after the Eucharistic Celebration, the exhibits of different departments were open for viewing.
The Computer Science Department presented their own made software. and they are the following:
*Maylyn G. Desamparo and John Christian Ortiz - Development of a Student Record System for CDLB
*Jeric Pamulaklakin and Val Evan Valenzuela - A movie clip about Trouble Shooting.
* Josephine Deniega, Bianca Sumiran and Samuel Castro-
*Loren Moldez, Gerald Gecalao and Mark - Automated Voting System
Christmas Party 2010-2011
It's Tuesday December 21, 2010 when Computer Science Department held their Christmas Party at CDLB. The students from different levels attended the party to participate and to have fun with other CS members. There are games prepared and everyone joined. Students contributed to have foods for the occasion. After the party at CDLB they went to SM Calamba to have a fun bonding and for enjoyment...
Sportfest 2010-2011
The sportfest was held at Colego de Los Baños, different sports were played by the students from different department from where they competed. It was started by a parade joined by Elementary, High School and College Students at 6:00 in the morning, after the parade a conpetition for Ms. and Mr. Sportsfest was done and the Whilcel Manza and Mark Sumaya from Computer Science department got the title!
Sports were played for almost one week and at the last day of the Sportsfest, the CheereDance competition was held at Colegio de Los Baños Court, Computer Science Department was only at the third place but definitely they did their very best.
